1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Idle Castle Defender (the "Game"), including our website at https://playidlecastle.xyz and our Telegram-based game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Game or website.

2. Eligibility

To use Idle Castle Defender, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your country.
  • Have a valid Telegram account.
  • Have a valid TON wallet to participate in any earning features.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Not be located in a country where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited.

3. Game Description

Idle Castle Defender is a free-to-play, play-to-earn idle game hosted on Telegram and powered by the TON Blockchain. Players defend their castle against waves of monsters, earn in-game coins and rewards, and may convert those rewards to TON cryptocurrency.

⚠️ Important: In-game rewards and TON earnings are subject to availability and game conditions. Idle Castle Defender does not guarantee any specific amount of earnings.

4. TON Wallet and Transactions

To withdraw TON rewards, you must connect a valid TON-compatible wallet (such as Tonkeeper). By connecting your wallet, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your wallet security and private keys.
  • Understand that all blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • Accept that network fees (gas fees) may apply to withdrawals.
  • Ensure your wallet address is correct before any transaction.

Idle Castle Defender is not responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or wallet security issues on the user's side.

5. Chest System and Rewards

The game features a chest system with 5 rarity tiers: Common, Elite, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical. Chests can be earned through gameplay or purchased in the in-game shop.

  • Chest rewards are determined by a random system.
  • TON rewards inside chests range from 5 TON to 200 TON.
  • Higher rarity chests have a higher reward range but are harder to obtain.
  • Purchased chests are non-refundable once opened.

6. Battle Pass

Idle Castle Defender offers a Season 1 Battle Pass with Free and Premium reward tracks. By purchasing the Premium Battle Pass, you agree that:

  • The purchase is non-refundable.
  • Rewards are tied to wave milestones and must be earned through gameplay.
  • The Battle Pass is valid for Season 1 only and will expire at the end of the season.
  • Unclaimed rewards at season end will be forfeited.

7. Referral Contest

The referral contest offers a $500 total prize pool distributed among the top 5 referrers. By participating, you agree that:

  • Referrals must be genuine new players.
  • Any form of cheating, botting, or fake accounts will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Idle Castle Defender team.
  • Winners will be contacted through their registered Telegram account.
  • Prizes will be distributed in TON or USDT equivalent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain unfair advantages.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referral systems.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the game or smart contracts.
  • Sell or transfer your game account to other users.
  • Use the game for any illegal activities including money laundering.
  • Impersonate Idle Castle Defender team members or other players.

Violation of these rules will result in a permanent ban with no right to recover any in-game assets or rewards.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in Idle Castle Defender including but not limited to graphics, sprites, game logic, website design, logos, and text are the exclusive property of Idle Castle Defender and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be available at all times, error-free, or that rewards will always be available. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and we are not responsible for any financial loss due to market changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idle Castle Defender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to loss of TON, loss of in-game assets, or loss of data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the new Terms.
